CAYETANO HEREDIA AUTHORITIES SUPERVISED PROGRESS OF SANTA MARÍA DEL MAR SPORTS CENTER

This project seeks to provide high-quality sports facilities and foster an environment conducive to the integral development of our students.

On Friday, January 19, our Rector, Dr. Enrique Castañeda Saldaña; the Academic Vice Rector, Dr. Yesenia Musayón Oblitas; the General Director of Administration, Mr. Juan Carlos Fonseca; and the Director of Social Responsibility and Outreach, Dr. César del Castillo López, inspected the progress of the work on the Santa María del Mar Sports Center.

Our authorities were able to tour several areas of our Academic Scientific Ecological Complex, which is located at kilometer 52.5 of the Pan-American Highway South. They also met with the project engineers to see how the work is progressing, which is expected to be completed next April.

The Santa María del Mar Sports Center includes the construction of 5-a-side and 8-a-side soccer fields, a multi-sports court, a multi-purpose room, an outdoor dining area, a grill area, parking lots, an outdoor auditorium, restrooms, and showers.
