STATEMENT

In accordance with the provisions of Emergency Decree No. 026-2020, the Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia (UPCH), makes available to public and private entities, graduates, students, and citizens in general, its Virtual Desk for the receipt of documents online.
The reception of these documents will be performed through the following links:

For Students and Graduates (hours and days of attention subject to the provisions of the Integral Basic Formation Unit – UFBI, in each Faculty or the Graduate School):

For cases 1, 2, and 3 the days of attention will be as follows:

  1. The documents that are entered virtually will be registered in the Documentary Processing System of the General Secretariat, assigning them a file number, which will be used for the respective follow-up
  2. Documents submitted:
  • Between 00:00 hours and 16:30 hours, on days between Monday and Friday, shall be considered submitted on the same day
  • After 4:30 p.m. until 11:59 p.m., they will be considered as submitted the following day.
  • The document submitted between Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
  • If the document is submitted on a non-working holiday, it will be processed on the first following working day (Monday, in case the document was submitted on a Friday holiday).
